When you use a credit or debit card to place your order online or on the phone, we use the discrete billing name of TELIGENCE to keep your purchases private. The phone number that appears goes to our discrete billing department where they do not divulge information unless they are talking to you.

Yes. Since 1990 we have been approved by the top banks in North America to provide secure credit card processing for our members. All credit cards presented are securely directed to the financial institution that issued the card.
Charges will not appear on your phone bill unless you call using one of our 1-900 numbers. However, if you call one of our local access numbers from outside its local calling area, long distance charges may apply.
You may pay by Credit Card, Debit Card, Pre-Paid Credit Card, PayPal, Check-by-Phone, or Western Union.

Checks can actually be used over the phone if you are a US customer, and US and Canadian customers can pay by Western Union if you want to use cash to purchase. We don’t take any payments through the mail.
(For our 900 customers) Your telephone company handles the billings for the 900 number you have called. Charges will appear in a separate section of your regular phone bill as UCI.
